No other neighbors are in sight of the house, and the house cannot be seen from the street. The house sits high atop the ridge and has east sweeping views of the mountains. Shares access backyard access to the Bethel Community Forest which encompasses over 4,000 acres of protected land for use by hikers, mountain bikers and outdoor enthusiasts.
